One Million Acts of Green – Start With One

“Opportunities multiply as they are seized.”

– Sun Tzu, author of Art of War

Want to try and make a difference in the your immediate environment and contribute to the global good all at the same time?

We all breathe the same air. Walk on the same Earth. Drink from the same waters. From one corner of the globe to the other, we are all connected. This is not some hippie, tree-huggin’ philosophy, it is the truth, and if you do not realize it, may be you should now.

Want to secure a better life for yourself, your future children and the generations to come? Is that too grand a thought? How about just getting off your duff, pulling your head of the proverbial sand and realizing we are all wardens of this one Earth we have.

How you can help is so easy and will not really complicate your day, you just need to be a little aware and not lazy. Go to One Million Acts of Green , a great initiative being pushed by CBC and George Stroumboulopoulos in partnership with CISCO. Choose to register or not, but this initiative is a great resource for thousands of things you can do in your daily life, and keep doing, which will contribute to a better planet.

Here is your chance, your opportunity, to learn how you can help. Seize it and spread the word. It won’t hurt you and it will help everybody.

You do not have to imagine what a million acts of green daily could do, you can be one of the million and help make it happen.

Cool link! I’ll probably start recommending it on my blog too and use it to help me keep track of what I’m doing. Thanks!
